Harlaxton

Engineering students at the University of Evansville are encouraged to take advantage of the University of Evansville's #1 study abroad program in the nation. The semester program at Harlaxton in Grantham, England, offers course work from the UE curriculum; academic credits are UE credits. In fact, the semester abroad on their resume is likely to increase opportunities for graduating seniors to have an edge in starting their career or entering graduate school.

A Harlaxton semester won't keep students from graduating on schedule! Engineering students usually go to Harlaxton during the fall semester of their sophomore year. There is always one engineering faculty from UE teaching required engineering courses in the fall semester at Harlaxton. For those students who decide not to spend a full semester abroad, UE offers a five-week summer session at Harlaxton.
